SAFE TIME AND MONEY

For every witness signature its $15.00.
For example, one document may need two signatures witness by a notary. In this case it will be 15 (fee) x 2 (signatures) your total amount.

Traveling Fee a Flat rate

The Traveling fee covers the expense of the notary traveling to your desire location saving you time and hassle in traffic.

We do not notarize

  • Incomplete or false documents
  • Certified copies of certificates for divorce, marriage, birth certificates, or death certificates (you may obtain these documents from your county records office)
  • Documents signed outside of the Notary’s presence
  • No valid Identity form
  • Signers not present at the time of notarization. 
  • Signers willingness and awareness of document appear to be uncertain.
