Elite Villarreal Notary located at the Greater Los Angeles area, as a sole proprietorship is directed by Jessica Villarreal a Certified Notary Public and Signing Agent. The mission is to provide a safe, clean, sanitized, and fast services by commuting at the clients prefer location and time while following CDC Health guidelines. This vision started 3 years ago, and it has officially come true. Through these difficult times, many houses are sold, bought, refinance, and need well train and certified notary to handle important documents. Many Parents need Travel Consent Form, affidavits, quitclaim deed and many more important documents that needs the adequate attention and completed quickly. Many students are applying for loans and our Seniors are daily created or renewing wills, property deed, and many important finance documents that need notarization.

Things you need before your appointment
1. You must have an unexpired valid, government issued photo ID that includes your name, date of birth, serial number, and issuing authority.
Driver’s License
State Identification Card (must have expiration date)
Passport
Military ID that include signatures
Commercial Driver’s License
2. Know if you need a witness (call if you need help!)
3. Bring all documents unsigned. You MUST sign your documents in front of a Notary Public – do not sign your documents prior to seeing the Notary.
